Community Guidelines

SoClose is a private, adults-only marketplace. Everyone using the platform — creators and buyers alike — is expected to act with basic respect and honesty. These guidelines summarize what that looks like in practice.

For creators

• Represent items accurately: title, description, condition, wear history.
• Fulfill orders on the ship-by SLA you commit to; communicate delays early.
• Discretion is a promise — package and label items with care.
• No off-platform pressure. Sales, payments, and conversation live inside SoClose.

For buyers

• Pay for what you commit to buy; do not open frivolous disputes.
• Communicate respectfully. Harassment or coercion is grounds for removal.
• Use the reporting tools when something looks off — do not vigilante.

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal, order reversal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity and pattern. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.
